Working Site Manager / Lead Joiner

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Pay: Competitive – Joiner rate + site management allowance (depending on experience)

About the Role...

We are a busy, growing construction and joinery business working on domestic renovations, property projects, and private client jobs. We’re looking for a Working Site Manager / Lead Joiner to take a hands-on role leading a small team on site, while still being on the tools yourself.

Responsibilities...

Work alongside joiners on daily site jobs

Lead site setup, delegate tasks, and ensure jobs run to schedule

Order and manage materials, liaising with suppliers

Act as point of contact for clients on site

Report progress and issues back to the business owner

Maintain high standards of health & safety and site presentation

What We’re Looking For...

Skilled joiner/carpenter with 5+ years experience

Able to read drawings and work independently

Previous experience leading or supervising a small team (desirable)

Good communication and organisational skills

Reliable, proactive, and takes pride in their work
