Animal Welfare Furness

AWF Barrow & Ulverston retail shops are looking for permanent retail volunteers

Mornings up to 2 hours a day

Evenings up to 2 hours a day

(Any days welcome Monday - Saturday)

Age 16+ for college placements, or 18+ for general volunteers

In the cattery, we are looking for permanent volunteers:

Feeding & basic animal husbandry duties

- 1 hour per morning or

- 1 hour per evening

Any days welcome Monday - Sunday 8am - 9am or 9am - 10am

Enrichment & Animal Care volunteers

- Tuesdays 9.30 am - 12 pm on a permanent weekly basis.

Age 16+ for college placements, or 18+ for general volunteers

Cat cuddling volunteers specifically interested in rehabilitation for outdoor / feral cats & kittens.

(Any days welcome Monday - Sunday 12pm-1pm or 1pm-2pm)

Temporary volunteer vacancies

- Help with moving items in the ulverston charity retail shop next week (15th Sept onwards)

18+ for general volunteers

- Help clearing the cellar in the barrow shop (disposable suits provided)
