Barrow BID is seeking a Visual Content & Community Assistant to design print and digital adverts for campaigns, events and promotions. You’ll be creating adverts for social media, posters, flyers and online platforms, primarily using Canva - so creativity is a must.

Alongside design work, you’ll be confidently engaging with town centre businesses, supporting them with promotion, and helping deliver and support BID events and projects throughout the year.

You should have:

• Experience or proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
• Confidence designing adverts for both online and print
• A strong eye for layout, colour and branding
• Confidence speaking with local businesses and working in a community-facing role
