After my normal breakdown service came but were unable to help, one of the staff recommended calling Chris. He managed to get to me within 2 hours on a busy Saturday and set about picking the lock. He tells me this is very trick as the VW Arteon is extremely secure! But he did it! Took a while but all well and good finally. Very reasonable cost too.
