About the Business:
The Lakeland Home Help Company was started by a qualified social worker. Our aim is to help people thrive in their own homes and in the community.
We recognise that there are many people in the community who need assistance with day to day tasks, including attending appointments, shopping, housework, gardening, and DIY.
In addition, maintaining hobbies, friendships and engaging in social opportunities can become very difficult.
We also recognise that family members sometimes need assistance in order to have a break and we can help with this by providing companionship.
We are based in Ulverston, Cumbria, with knowledge of the local community and local services available.
We have a wealth of experience in working with people and in the community. All Home Helpers have DBS checks and are fully insured.
