The Bay-Wide Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) is looking for a South Lakes Engagement Lead to join the team.

What you’ll do:

Listen to the experiences of women and families in South Lakes.

Share their voices with NHS maternity and neonatal services to help shape improvements.

Support the MNVP Lead in championing lived experience at every level.

Role details:

Flexible, home-based with travel across South Lakes.

Up to 10 hours per week (approx. 40 hours per month).

£20.60 per hour + travel expenses.

Fixed-term until March 2026.
