Welcome to Powerhouse Strength and Conditioning.

Hi I’m Steve founder and owner of Powerhouse S&C.
I have a BSc Honours degree attained from the University of Central Lancashire with my main area of study being Human Biomechanics. I have also completed numerous other coaching qualifications in a range of sports. With over 10 years of experience of coaching both individuals and teams.

I’m also a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and completing my CSCS accreditation.

I have been fortunate enough to have coached at a representative level within Rugby League with Cumbria and England Lionhearts.

My experience and personal approach to coaching will help develop your own skills and understanding of strength and conditioning.
Individual plans for running, rugby,football and general fitness are available with the idea being to create a lifestyle not a quick fix.

Group sessions are available to both members and non-members.
