We're excited to announce our next Poetry Open Mic night! Taking place again at the amazing Barrow Underground Music Society and hosted by the talented 'Caleb Staples'
Poetry is a powerful tool for mental health because it encourages emotional expression, self-reflection, and mindfulness. So please come along and experience a supportive and special evening of spoken word!
All proceeds from the night will go to Mind in Furness' services, and ensuring anyone in the Furness area with a mental health problem gets the help and support they deserve.
