We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and organised individuals to join our Patient Support Team at our GP Surgery.

Positions Available:

Full-Time

Part-Time

As part of our Patient Support Team, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing outstanding support both in person and over the telephone. You'll help with appointment bookings, patient enquiries, administrative tasks, and ensuring every patient receives a warm and professional experience.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, caring, and approachable
• An excellent communicator
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Able to work well in a busy team environment
• Confident using computers and learning new systems
• Committed to providing exceptional patient care

Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
