We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic and growing team.

This is a full-time position offering the chance to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Our Mission:

To build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.

What We’re Looking For:

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
• Confident using computers and property management software
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
• Knowledge of the local property market is desirable but not essential
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the role
