Join us for an empowering and supportive afternoon exploring menopause, self-awareness, and emotional wellbeing in a truly unique setting.
Led by Dr Hayley Willacy, an experienced retired GP, and Zara Myers, Level 5 Coaching Professional and BHS Coach of the Year, this session combines expert medical knowledge with Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) to explore how we connect with our body, emotions, and personal power during the menopause journey.
