£32,111.56 per annum

Are you a culinary leader who loves creating high-quality food and making a difference? Join our team as Head Chef at St Mary’s Hospice!

As Head Chef, you’ll lead our busy kitchen, crafting meals that comfort and nourish not only our patients and families but also visitors to our award-winning Orangery Café.

What we're looking for:

Strong leadership & organisational skills

Proven experience running a busy kitchen

Knowledge of food hygiene & HACCP

Hands-on approach to kitchen work

Your responsibilities will include:

Designing high-quality menus

Managing costings, margins, stock, & ordering

Overseeing staff rotas and training

Collaborating with our café manager and front-of-house team

Typical hours: 8–5, 5 days/week (with fair weekend rotations).
