You will be the key link between our customers and our technicians.

In this role you will:

• Have a passion for customer service, every day.
• Guide every customer through the Guy Perry Customer Journey.
• Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
• Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing & follow-up contact.

You will also be the go-to person when the customer wants us to:

• Estimate repair costs and times.
• Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.
• Inform and update them on progress or additional works needed.
• Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.

Ideally we are looking for an experienced automotive Customer Advisor. But don’t worry if you have no automotive experience, a passion for customer service, strong organisation and communication skills, and having a smile are the most important attributes as full training is available via our Performance Academy, with additional online and induction training.
