Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team here at Alan Myerscough LTD. We are a long standing Ford Service Centre and car sales dealership.

This role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional support, resolve queries efficiently, and promote our services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

*Checking customers in and out when they drop off their vehicle

*Contacting customers via phone/email to book there vehicles into the workshop

*Managing the jobs throughout the day and keeping in regular contact with customers with updates on their vehicle

*Following up on vehicle health checks

The chosen candidate should have good communication and computer skills
