We’re looking for a motivated Clinical Services Administrator to join our amazing In-Patient Unit (IPU) team at St Mary’s Hospice. If you thrive in a busy environment and love keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the day-to-day administration of our IPU.

Communicating with team members, staff, and external stakeholders.

Prioritising tasks to meet deadlines like a pro!

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organisational and teamwork skills.

Solid IT proficiency (we’ll get you up to speed if needed!).

Experience with minute-taking and EMIS patient records is a bonus, but training is available.
