Café Assistant (16-20Hrs/wk)

The Blue Frog Cafe, Dalton Leisure Centre, Dalton

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Café Assistant to join our team!
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and love great coffee and food, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: The Blue Frog Cafe within Dalton Leisure Centre

Hours: 16–20 hours per week (weekdays and/or weekends)

Pay: Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers and take orders with a smile

Prepare and serve drinks and light meals

Operate the till and handle payments

Keep the café clean and tidy

Assist with stock replenishment and basic food prep

Provide excellent customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly and approachable attitude

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to multitask in a busy setting

Experience in a café or hospitality setting is a plus (but not essential)

Must be punctual, reliable, and ready to learn
