"I made my way to Build a Bathroom the moment they opened their doors. I had already had a few chats with the owner before they officially opened – he was incredibly helpful and approachable. They offered to do the measuring and design for free, which was a great start. I had a couple of other companies take a look, but I was in search of another quote, especially since I was unsure whether my bathroom vision was actually achievable. Previously, I’d been told that I’d have to stick to my current layout due to several constraints, such as the need for a step for the shower tray and the impossibility of moving the toilet because of the soil stack.
