Job Description

Join the team at Dalton Leisure Centre and help keep our community hub running smoothly, safely, and full of energy! From supporting members and leading shifts to ensuring excellent customer service across the centre, no two days are ever the same.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated individuals who can lead with confidence and bring positive vibes to our team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A friendly, approachable attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience in leisure, fitness, or management is beneficial but not essential
  • Pool plant operator qualification is preferred due to immediate start but training can be given also.
  • Passion for supporting the local community

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the centre
  • Support staff and customers
  • If qualified take fitness classes
  • water testing the pool
  • Ensure health & safety procedures are followed
  • Help create a welcoming environment for everyone
  • Be part of a team making a real difference in Dalton
