Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Housekeeper / Team Leader to join our team. The Role:

This is a hands-on role combining cleaning duties with team leadership responsibilities. You will lead by example, ensuring high standards are consistently delivered while supervising a small team of cleaners.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out domestic and commercial cleaning to a high standard

Supervise, support, and motivate a small team of cleaners

Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule

Maintain quality control and health & safety standards

Communicate effectively with clients and management

Transport team members and cleaning equipment to various job sites

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience (domestic and/or commercial)

Experience in a supervisory or team leader role (preferred)

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Own vehicle suitable for transporting up to three people and cleaning equipment (essential)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
