Lose yourself in Barrow’s past through striking images from the Sankey Photography Archive!
Step into large-scale projections of photographs specially selected and curated by our dedicated volunteers and Sankey Team. The photos delve into themes of leisure, pubs and hotels, Sankeys in the high Lakeland fells, and submarines.
AND You’re also warmly invited to join us on Thursday 26 March, 1–3pm for free tea, coffee & refreshments as we celebrate our heritage Take in the projections, meet the Sankey Team, ask questions and enjoy conversations about Barrow’s fascinating past.
