Job Description
We are an established, independent garage offering car repairs, MOTs, tyres and servicing and our reputation for customer satisfaction is important to us.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who would need good organisational skills and the ability to multi task. This is a part time permanent position of 30 hours per week and full support is given. If you possess these skills and qualities then we encourage you to apply.
Your duties would include:
* Dealing directly with customers over the phone and face to face
* Scheduling work to vehicles and informing customers of any additional repairs required with professionalism and excellent communication skills
* Answering the phone
* Interpreting customers concerns and liaising with the workshop team
* Preparing estimates and invoices
* Replying to emails
* Ordering stock
* Dealing with returns of parts/tyres
Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
The hours of work would be (30 hours)
Monday to Friday 12.00 - 6.00pm
Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
