Animal Rescue Team Support Colleague

Animal Welfare Furness, Barrow

We have a part time vacancy available for Animal Rescue Team Support Colleague at our cattery in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria.

Hours are as follows:

Mondays 5pm-6pm

Tuesdays 8am-11am and 5pm-6pm

Sundays 5pm-6pm

Plus holiday & sickness cover when required.

Job role includes:

Assisting with daily cattery duties, cleaning, feeding, and administering medications

Assisting with vet drop-offs & collections

Assisting with our TNR scheme (trap, neuter, release)

Working with a small team of staff & volunteers.

You must:

Be confident with cats and other small animals

Be confident speaking to members of the public in person and over the phone

Must have own vehicle and have a clean driving licence

Work well as a team & individually

Be 18 + years of age.
