Family-owned Morphet Farms is seeking a dynamic, motivated and reliable individual to come and join our friendly team working on our organic dairy farm.

We are recruiting someone who has a positive attitude, ability to work independently using own initiative as well as part of a team. Attention to detail, and good communication skills are essential for this job.

Duties to include milking, tractor work and land work. Farm knowledge and experience is a necessity to fit this role, also proven skills and sound record keeping would be needed.

An ideal candidate would need to have their own transport and a full UK driving licence.

Full-time hours to include weekends. Hours and rates to be discussed on application.
