Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for great customer service.
As our Receptionist you will be:
Answering the telephone
Placing orders with suppliers
Managing post, deliveries and other activities to support operations.
Creating social media posts across different platforms to promote the business and assist with any enquiries to enhance the customer experience.
Job details:
Permanent position.
40hrs a week.
Pay negotiable starting at £13 per hour
Location: Bardsea Leisure Park.
As a receptionist, you will be required to have the following:
Good telephone skills and etiquette.
First-class customer service.
Be familiar with payments and refunds.
Good documentation skills.
Excellent customer service skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
Previous reception/admin experience is preferred but training will be provided. You must be reliable and punctual with a positive attitude while being an adaptable, motivated team player.
