Are you a hard-working, well-organised individual looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Bardsea Leisure Park.
Role Duties include:
- Front of house reception service, greeting customers and other visitors in a welcoming professional manner
- Answering the telephone
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Managing post, deliveries and other activities to support operations
- Creating social media posts across different platforms to promote the business
- Excellent customer service skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Previous reception/admin experience
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- An adaptable, motivated team player
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience
40 hours per week over 7 days, including weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
