We’re looking to expand our team with a dedicated Domiciliary Health Care Training Coordinator who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of training to our care staff .

The Training Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that equip our care staff with the skills and knowledge they need to provide outstanding care. This role requires both healthcare experience and educational skills to ensure that our team is capable, competent, and compliant with all regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop and update training modules related to patient care, safety, and compliance

Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions

Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of training programs and staff

Coordinate with management to identify training needs

Monitor and document staff training records and certifications

Assist in the onboarding process for new care staff

Keep abreast of changes in healthcare regulations and best practices

Qualifications

AET Qualification or equivalent is highly desirable

Minimum of 2 years experience in healthcare

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with CQC regulations in healthcare

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training software
