The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Respond to requests from internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Checking delivery notes from suppliers/ couriers ensuring all incoming goods have the relevant and appropriate paperwork and ensuring all paperwork is handed to your immediate supervisor.
• Ensuring materials are stored in the appropriate packaging and locations.
• Maintain concise and current stock records by accurately updating systems and, where required, written records with issue and receipt information.
• Perform and record required stock check promptly and accurately.
• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand how to obtain the necessary job instructions, engineering drawings and specifications and interpret them in the correct way.
• Complete appropriate documentation accurately, efficiently, and legibly using the correct terminology where required.
• Assist loading of trailers by forklift/telehandler
• Marking up load list when items loaded
• Sending out delivery notes with delivery vehicles

• Flexible attitude with strong organisational skills
