Every Saturday morning, Barrow Park comes alive with the energy and enthusiasm of the local Parkrun community. This free, weekly event is a fantastic way to get active, enjoy the fresh air, and connect with others in a friendly and supportive environment.

Open to all ages and fitness levels, Parkrun welcomes everyone, even walkers!

It’s not a race; it’s about taking part and enjoying the journey, whatever that looks like for you.

Participants are asked to arrive by 8:45am for a 9:00am start. All you need to do is register once at www.parkrun.org.uk/barrow and bring your barcode with you on the day.

Whether you’re aiming to improve your fitness, meet new friends, or just enjoy a positive start to your weekend, Barrow Parkrun offers a warm welcome and a great atmosphere every Saturday. Come along and be part of this inspiring community event in the heart of Barrow.
